What’s New – The Toni Kohn-Woodward Foundation

What an incredible journey we are on. This past year has been one of deep sorrow, gratitude and celebration. We have been humbled by the incredible kindness, support and generosity we have been shown. The Toni Kohn-Woodward Foundation is committed to helping young women struggling to find their way, by offering them intensive support and life skill development to build a strong foundation for a bright future.

It is through the overwhelming support of people just like you that we are well on our way of establishing our very first Toni Kohn House, here in Calgary. In the meantime, as work on the House continues, we feel that it is important to give back to our community and we have identified community partners whose vision, mission and values align with ours. To that, we are so pleased to announce our collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary.

In June, we will be hosting our second annual Toni’s Ride, a multi spin studio, consecutive ride, championing the end of homelessness for young women at risk. This years ride will support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary’s Script Outreach Program – a program for youth ages 12-24 that offers case management, system navigation, coaching and/or crisis management support in the areas of basic needs and housing and life skills development to leave street life behind.

Together we will ride as one, and ride for Toni.
